Transparency statement for International Journal Management Science and Review (IJMSR)


  1. Journal Ownership: Department of Business Administration, Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College, Tamilnadu, India.

  2. Governing Body: The editorial team is appointed and managed by The Principal & The Head (Editor-in-Chief), Department of Business Administration, Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College, Tamilnadu, India.

  3. Peer Review Process: The journal operates a double blind peer review process. All articles undergo an initial assessment by the journal editor. If they are considered suitable for consideration, articles will then be reviewed by a minimum of two external reviewers to assess suitability for publication. Final responsibility for editorial decisions rests with the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.

  4. Editorial team/contact information: Contact details for the editorial team can be found on the journal homepage.

  5. Frequency: The journal currently publishes 4 issues per annum (January, April, July & October). If a sufficient number of high quality papers are not received in a particular issue, that issue of publication is suspended, if any papers received in a particular period, that paper will be published in the adjoined issue.

  6. Access: All journal articles are published Open Access on Website address or linked with college website page address.

  7. Archiving: The perpetual accesses for all e-journal content by working with digital preservation and indicate UNLOCK.

  8. Author Fees: All costs associated with publishing an Open Access article in the journal are funded by the Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College. There are currently no Article Processing Charges or Publication Charges to the author(s).

  9. Revenue sources: All costs associated with publishing an Open Access article in the journal are funded by the Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College.

  10. Conflicts of interest: Authors are asked to declare any financial or ethical conflicts of interest upon submitting their work to the journal.

  11. Advertising: The journal does not accept any mode of advertising

Promotional Activities: On occasion the journal will use direct marketing activities (primarily email campaigns and other social media) to raise awareness of the journal and to invite authors to submit articles. Marketing activities are conducted by the Department of Business Administration unless otherwise agreed with Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College norms.
